¡RÅ! is a 45 minutes journey through a woman’s life. A Finnish-born flamenco dancer from Stockholm dances to the rhythm of Finnish folk song tradition. Two different forms of expressions, a surprisingly obvious encounter! Different kinds of performance have so far been seen at Umeå, Stockholm, Malmö and Helsinki among others. ¡RÅ! was nominated as the “Cross-cultural project of the year” at the Swedish Folk & World Music Gala 2015!
